Carla Dayon is an eager and skilled registered massage therapist who is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since 2014. Prior to becoming an RMT, Carla provided Personal Support work to a wide variety of patients. After providing personal care, she wanted to do more and help patients recover and feel better from their ailments therefore she decided to pursue her career as a Massage Therapist. Being a health care provider for over 10 years, she had realized that massage therapy can elicit great results by decreasing pain, increasing blood flow, and reduction of discomfort. Carla has a deep understanding of the body and always provides focus to her practice. There is a strong and passionate focus on manual therapy, exercise recommendations and concussion management. Carla specialized in relaxation, medium and deep tissue massage, postural and muscular re-education, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuro-muscular facilitation, pre/post natal massage including pelvic floor re-education and hot stone.
Carla enjoys helping people recover from varying acute and chronic conditions and injuries, seeing them become pain free quickly while helping them maintain optimum activity. Providing massage to destress and relax while healing, promoting and maintaining good health, Carla is deeply passionate about being part of a patients healing journey.
During her spare time, Carla can be found living an active lifestyle by spending time outdoors, biking, skiing or can be found at the gym.
